Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable—and so is mine. Please read carefully before booking: General Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be charged the full service rate. Weddings/Bridal Bookings: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event date will be charged in full, as outlined in the signed bridal contract. Bridal Booking Changes: No changes (service removals, location/time adjustments, etc.) may be made within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date. Deposits: All retainers are nonrefundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
